Beats & Eats Community Food Truck Night – August 27, 2026 at Town Center, Palm Coast

July 13, 20262 min read

Palm Coast's favorite new tradition rolls on. On Thursday, August 27, 2026, the city's Beats & Eats community food truck night returns to Town Center — a free evening that gathers the area's best food trucks, live concert entertainment, yard games, and cold drinks into two hours of pure community fun.

Event Details

Event Name: Beats & Eats (Community Food Truck Night)

Date: Thursday, August 27, 2026 (monthly series running May through October 2026)

Time: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Location: The Stage at Town Center, 1500 Central Ave, Palm Coast, FL 32164 — beside Central Park in Town Center

Cost: Free admission — food and beverages available for purchase

What Is Beats & Eats?

Launched by the City of Palm Coast in 2026, Beats & Eats combines two things residents already loved — the Food Truck Tuesday lineup and the Palm Coast Concert Series — into one bigger, better community night. Expect live music on stage, a rotating roster of food trucks, vendors, yard games, and beer and wine, all in the open-air setting of Town Center. The city even built a dedicated food truck pad with space for eight trucks (plus four more on the grass), funded by a $55,000 donation from the Town Center at Palm Coast Community Development District.

Why August Is the One to Catch

The series had a famously rain-soaked start — the inaugural edition was postponed twice before debuting in July — but it has found its rhythm, with remaining 2026 dates on August 27, September 24, and October 22. The August edition lands on a Thursday evening as summer winds down: grab dinner from a truck, spread out on the lawn near Central Park, and let the band carry you into the weekend early.

Plan Your Evening

Parking is plentiful throughout Town Center, with Central Park right next door for a pre-show stroll. Bring lawn chairs or blankets, arrive hungry, and come early for first pick from the truck lineup. Watch the City of Palm Coast's event page and social media for the August band announcement and food truck roster.
